This Privacy Policy explains how the Integrated Heart Center App collects, uses, stores, and protects information when participants, patients, doctors, yoga staff, or administrators use the app and related web portal.

Information We Collect
The app may collect and store information that you provide or generate while using the service, including:
- Name, mobile number, city, age, gender, login identifier, and profile photo.
- Appointment details, consultation status, messages, Q&A content, prescriptions, reports, and uploaded medical documents.
- Recovery mobile verification information used for password recovery.
- Technical information needed for authentication, app security, Firebase services, and service operation.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage user accounts and authentication.
- Provide appointments, online consultations, reports, prescriptions, yoga and learning resources, and Q&A features.
- Support patient care workflows and communication with authorized staff.
- Maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, troubleshoot issues, and improve app reliability.
Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal or health information. Information may be processed using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Hosting, and Cloud Functions. Information may also be visible to authorized Integrated Heart Center staff who need it to provide app services.
Data Security
We use Firebase security controls, authenticated access, Firestore and Storage security rules, and encrypted network connections where supported to help protect user information. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to limit access to authorized users and service purposes.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account, appointment, consultation, report, and health-related records for as long as needed to provide services, support continuity of care, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain operational records. You may request account deletion or data deletion by contacting info@integratedheartcenter.com. You can also use the account deletion request page at https://ihc-participant.web.app/delete-account.html. Some records may need to be retained where required for healthcare, legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
Children
The app is intended for Integrated Heart Center participants and patients. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
