These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Integrated Heart Center App, web portal, digital learning resources, appointment tools, and paid IHC module access.
Service Description
The Integrated Heart Center App provides access to IHC wellness education, lifestyle modules, self-monitoring guides, knowledge resources, Q&A workflows, appointment-related tools, and other participant services. Some modules may require paid yearly access.
Paid Access
- The current IHC yearly access package is priced at INR 3999.
- Paid access is valid for 365 days from successful payment or grant date.
- Access is linked to the logged-in Firebase user account/mobile login.
- Successful payment must be verified by our backend before access is granted.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate registration and contact information, maintain the security of their login access, and use the app only for lawful and intended purposes.
Health Information
App content is intended for education, wellness support, and care coordination. It does not replace emergency medical care or independent clinical judgment. For urgent symptoms, users should contact appropriate medical or emergency services.
Changes to Services
Integrated Heart Center may update app features, content, pricing, module availability, and support workflows from time to time.
