Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users of the Integrated Heart Center App can request deletion of their app account and associated app data.

Request deletion from inside the app

Sign in to the Integrated Heart Center App, open Edit Profile, and choose Request Account Deletion. This submits a deletion request to Integrated Heart Center for review.

Request deletion by email

You can also request account deletion by emailing Integrated Heart Center from your registered email address or by including your registered mobile number.

What data may be deleted

App login account, where deletion is technically and legally possible.
Participant profile information such as name, mobile number, city, age, gender, and profile photo.
App-generated appointment, consultation, question, report, and uploaded document records linked to the app account, where deletion is legally permitted.

What data may be retained

Some medical, appointment, billing, legal, security, or operational records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate healthcare obligations. If any information must be retained, Integrated Heart Center will limit retention to what is necessary.

Processing time

Deletion requests are reviewed after identity/account confirmation. Integrated Heart Center will process valid requests within a reasonable period and may contact you if more information is required.

Please do not include sensitive medical details in the email body. Include only your registered email address or mobile number so that the correct account can be identified.
